Voting Options for Norfolk Voters

(1) Vote in-person on Primary Day: Tuesday, June 8th

Vote in-person from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at your regular polling precinct. 

Please login here to find your current polling place as some voting precinct locations have changed.

(2) Early in-person voting begins April 23rd  

In-person, advance voting begins April 23rd at the Office of the Registrar and Elections.

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

& special hours on Saturday, June 5th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

 

(3) Absentee Voting 

Apply online or by mail, fax, or email.  ​

 

Absentee applications are now being accepted.  The Virginia State Board of Elections recommends that you return your ballot as soon as possible to ensure for ample delivery time via USPS.

VOTER DETAILS
