Chris believes that we can achieve the most as a community and a Commonwealth by working together and building consensus. Even on the tough issues that divide us, debate and conversation bring about more progress than hostility and partisanship. Chris has spent his time in Richmond building constructive, thoughtful legislation that improves the lives of his constituents and the citizens of the Commonwealth.
